We love local producers and source the best ingredients from as many local producers as possible.

 

These suppliers include (but are not limited to) Ashgrove Dairy; eggs from Olsen C&J; coffee from Provenance Coffee Co.; sourdough from Apiece; Pyengana Dairy; Southern Sky Gourmet; Hillwood Berry Farm; Westerway Raspberry Farm; smallgoods from Casalinga; herbs from Thirlstane Gardens; juices from Spreyton Fresh; Summercotes; Hazelbrae; Coaldale Walnuts; Meander Valley Dairy; Morrison Brewery; James Boags; Cavanough Water; Hartz; Lost Pippen; Eddyston Point Wine; Gillespies Ginger Beer. 

All pickles, English muffins, pastries, brioche, cordials, yoghurt, sauces, biscuits, jams, chutneys, syrups and even tea blends are developed and created on premise. 

 

TO DRINK

 

 We pour Provenance Coffee Co. roasted espresso and have our own range of organic teas (which you can buy for home, too). A variety of milks are available for your cold or hot beverages - non-dairy options are soy or almond milk. Bottled juices and carbonated beverages are on offer or you may indulge in an alcoholic beverage as we are licensed (Pimms cup, anyone?)
